As part of our broader initiative, Digital Tech has established a dedicated focus on Automation Development to ensure that automation is embedded into every aspect of our processes.
To realize this vision, the Automation Development team will focus on streamlining and automating the entire development pipeline covering everything from coding and testing to deployment and maintenance. This team will work closely with other engineering teams to build robust automation frameworks and tools that enable continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of entire lifecycle of automation across environments.
The Automation Developer will play a crucial role in designing, building, and supporting automation solutions that improve the reliability, speed, and scalability of our development processes.



In collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role will ensure seamless, end-to-end automation of critical workflows, empowering teams to focus on innovation rather than manual processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks and automation frameworks to address complex business requirements and enterprise-level infrastructure use cases.
- Implement and manage version control, testing, and deployment processes for Ansible playbooks and other automation tools.
- Administer and optimize Ansible Automation infrastructure, ensuring it meets performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and IT operations teams to integrate automation solutions with broader infrastructure and application lifecycle processes.
