Main responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery Mapping, Data Governance, CMDB Management), HRSD, and CSM.
- Scripting: Write and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies,



and other custom scripts.
- Testing and Debugging: Perform thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications and processes
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver robust solutions.
- Best Practices: Implement and promote ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
- Support: Provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

About you
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, and at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
