The Position
As an IT Validation and Compliance Analyst, you will be anchoring below responsibilities:
Drive DD⁢ Digitalization and prioritize stakeholder needs and foster change management for seamless adoption
Elevate IT Risk Management, Drive Efficiency, and Shape Future IT Processes
Align Priorities, Secure Digitalization Budgets, and Drive Successful Product Implementation
Champion Digitalized Processes Across Multiple Organizational Units
Lead OCM Strategy for Seamless Communication and Business Alignment
Qualifications
4+ years of overall experience, with relevant 2+years IT process with QMS activities
Proven experience in digitalizing IT processes and simplification




Strong change management skills and excellent communication abilities
Experience in risk management, AI governance, and third-party risk management
Strategic understanding of business for digitalization
Valuable exposure in global stakeholder management
Knowledge of the latest Artificial Intelligence trends
A degree from a good university; certifications (Good to have)
