Deploy, configure,



and manage cloud infrastructure workplace and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.
Level of Expertise:
- Administrator having good exposure in on-premises, AWS and Azure enterprise environment.
- Expertise in IT Service desk and service management application support skills
- Having scripting skill in POWERSHELL and SQL is value added
- Operating the Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability.
