Who are you
The main purpose and mission of the group SW Development is to develop and maintain Volvo Group's in-house developed on-board connectivity platforms and SW Ownership. The group manager is the first line manager and the servant leader of diverse team. The group has competence in software design, Linux, Autosar, embedded software development, test automation, requirement and system and software architecture.
The mission is to:
• Develop and maintain our in-house developed SW (C++98/11/14/17, IBM Rational Rhapsody, test automation (Pytest, Robo framework - Python), requirement mgmt. and software architecture)
• Deliver software fulfilling agreed QDCF targets
• Lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to committed deliveries and to ach
