The Assistant Manager will support a variety of financial and budget related activities, including month end close, annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, financial reporting, and analysis for the regions functional and overhead costs (Facilities, Premises, Executive Management, New Business, Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Comms, Ops., etc.)
This role will be part of the Americas PRCoE, based in Bangalore. Reporting directly to the Americas PCoE Senior Manager, with a dotted line to the North America Onshore Manager of Functions, the Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore teams. Success in this role will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a agile setting.
This role requires the candidate to be available during US hours (5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST) for 10 working days per month. The remaining working days will follow UK hours (1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST). Flexibility to adjust work timings according to business requirements is essential.
Job Description:




Budgeting and Forecasting Support:
- Collaborate with budget owners to gather input for forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Assist in reforecasting efforts and scenario planning to address any changes or new initiatives impacting overhead costs.
- Input data into the forecasting tool after gathering relevant forecast/budget data.
- Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, highlighting key trends and potential areas of concern.
- Provide value-added insights into spend patterns, cost drivers, and variances to support decision making.
- Review and validate BPC SAC system outputs post submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Cost Tracking Monitoring:
- Maintain and update vendor trackers to monitor spend by vendor, project, cost centers, and expense type, ensuring proper allocation.
