Role Overview:
As a Function owner you will be a critical member of a Scrum team, working alongside developers, testers, and the Product Owner to refine and deliver features aligned with business goals.
You will own the process of gathering, analysing, and documenting both functional and technical requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood by the team. Your role will serve as a key connection between product vision and technical implementation, contributing to the team's efforts in building high-quality, user-centric products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to elicit, document, and refine both functional and technical requirements. Break down high-level business needs into user stories that are clear and actionable for the Scrum team.
- Functional Specification Development:



Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Ensure these are effectively communicated and well-understood within the Scrum team.
- Technical Requirement Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the Product Owner and development team to ensure technical requirements are explicit, feasible, and aligned with the overall product architecture.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact between business stakeholders and the Scrum team, ensuring continuous feedback loops and transparent communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with the Product Owner to design user-centric solutions and ensure that functional requirements are in sync with the technical capabilities of the team.
