As a Lead NPD Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Clarifying project input and ensure that everyone is well aligned with the need and product to be developed
- Organising the technical activities on the project and validate the schedules in accordance with the specifications
- Writing the Product Technical Specification (PTS) that translates the customers need into technical requirements
- Performing product design and CAD Models
- Performing associated calculation notes, CFDs and FEA s to validate the design
- Managing subcontracting of activities if necessary
- Writing all the technical documents necessary for the implementation of the recent product in the selection and calculation software
- Writing All technical documents (CES, CMS, DR, CRD, etc ) associated with the product
- Doing Product Bill of Material
- Coordinating technical meetings with other departments of the company (sourcing, manufacturing, Manufacturing engineering) to take into
