Job Description – Senior Executive – Digital Marketing Department: Marketing & Branding Experience: 3–6 Years Industry: Real Estate (Preferred) Role Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Executive – Digital Marketing to manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Management, and SEO, with the ability to independently execute digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and quality lead generation. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve business objectives. • Manage & control the campaign budgets, audience targeting, conversion tracking, ROI, and Cost Per Lead (CPL) optimization. • Handle the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. • Develop monthly social media content calendars, content creation, schedule posts, manage community engagement,



and track platform performance while coordinating with creative team for required creatives • Build and execute LinkedIn strategies to strengthen the corporate brand and leadership visibility. • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve website performance and organic traffic. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights. • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of all digital marketing initiatives. • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Skills & Qualifications • 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry. • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and SEO along with knowledge of various AI tools • Good understanding of web
