1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines

Monitor productivity and maintain progress reports

2. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors

Ensure availability of materials and resources at site

-
Report daily updates and site issues to senior management

3. Quality Control

-
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution

Conduct routine inspections and rectify deviations

4. Safety & Compliance

-
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

Maintain discipline and safe working conditions at site

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site records, attendance, and material usage reports

Assist in preparing progress and completion reports

Qualifications

-
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or relevant field

-
2–8 years of relevant site supervision experience

-
Strong knowledge of site operations and safety practices

-
Ability to handle manpower and resolve in office issues

-
Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting
