Role Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)



and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined job criteria and requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, including sending calendar invites and reminders.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings and maintain detailed candidate feedback notes.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers,ATS Tools, and candidate databases.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation under supervision.
• Assist in organizing recruitment events, campus drives, and employer branding initiatives.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc tasks related to hiring analytics and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Ad
