Job Description:

Role :We are looking for a Growth Specialist to drive qualified lead generation across digital and offline channels. This is a hands-on execution role — you will run campaigns, create content, support the sales team, and own the top of the funnel. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and Business Development.Core Metric Qualified leads generated — measured weekly.

What You Will Do
Social Media & Paid Ads
- Audit current social media content and performance. Identify what works, what doesn't.
- Design and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) with a transparent objective: generate inbound leads, not likes.
- Track cost per lead, conversion rate, and lead quality by channel.

SEO & Website
- Research and implement SEO keywords relevant to our products and buyer segments.
- Track website traffic, page performance, and conversion.
- Optimise landing pages and CTAs to improve lead capture.

Content Marketing
- Work with the sales team to understand what buyers ask, object to, and respond to —then turn that into content.




- Own the case study pipeline — identify completed projects, coordinate site visits, get testimonials videographed.
- Brief our design freelancing team on content needs — reels, carousels, project walkthroughs.
- Repurpose case studies across channels: social, ads, email, website.

PR
- Work with our existing PR team to build brand awareness in the construction and climate-tech space.
- Coordinate on press placements, award applications, and founder thought leadership.
- Ensure PR outputs feed back into the content pipeline.

Market Research & Prospect Lists
- Support the sales team with prospect lists using Apollo and HubSpot.
- Research target accounts and buyer profiles to sharpen outreach targeting.

Exhibition Coordination
- Own end-to-end exhibition planning and execution — stall design, logistics, collateral, follow-up.
- Capture and qualify leads from exhibitions. Ensure every lead enters HubSpot with notes and next steps.
