About the role
In this opportunity as a Data Scientist, you will:
- Build digital solutions for various HR processes and workflows, People Analytics products, and related tools, using React front-end and FastAPI backend architectures
- Design and maintain backend data systems, including robust hands-on work with Snowflake, and build LLM-based workflows and Agentic AI solutions to support HR and People Analytics use cases
- Take the initiative to tackle new business problems and have the curiosity to explore large volumes of data
- Seamlessly work with various business stakeholders, understand their individual needs and design custom solutions
- Will interrogate data, conduct independent research, utilize various techniques to analyze it and, if need be,



tackle ambiguous problems with maturity

About you
You're a fit for the role of Data Scientist if your background includes:
- Must have at least 2-4 years of experience working in the data science domain
- Knowledge of advanced statistical modelling, testing, data mining, and data science techniques
- Has used modelling frameworks including Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
- Highly proficient in Python and SQL (or any other querying language)
- Has advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience developing applications using React and FastAPI is a plus
- Experience developing AI-powered workflows or tools (e.g., LLM-based agents, automation pipelines) is a plus
- Strong logical and scientific approach to problem-solving
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
