nKey Responsibilities:
nDrive centre operations and ensure operational excellence
nAchieve revenue and membership sales targets
nLead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team
nDeliver an outstanding member experience and improve retention
nCoordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness consultants
nManage centre budgets, inventory, vendors, and SOP compliance
nWhat We're Looking For:
n10-12 years of experience in Centre/Clinic/Branch Operations
nStrong background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
nProven experience in team leadership and operational management
nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
