Experience: 4-8 years in relevant utilities and facility management

Essential Technical Experience & Expertise:
The ideal candidate must possess comprehensive hands-on experience in managing critical utility infrastructure and building services. This includes operational knowledge and maintenance expertise across diverse technical systems:
Power & Electrical Systems: Proficient management of DG (Diesel Generator) yard operations including generator maintenance, fuel management, load testing, and emergency backup protocols. Robust understanding of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems, battery management, and power distribution networks.
HVAC & Cooling Infrastructure: Extensive experience with chiller plant operations, including water-cooled and air-cooled systems, chiller efficiency optimization, and preventive maintenance protocols. Thorough knowledge of air conditioning systems, AHU (Air Handling Units), HVAC controls, temperature regulation, and climate control management across facility spaces.
Water & Environmental Systems: Hands-on operational experience with Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) including biological treatment processes, effluent quality monitoring, and compliance management. Proficiency in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations covering
