About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Credit to Collections skilled to join VOIS in Pune, supporting global stakeholders and teams across multiple geographies. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end Credit to Collections operations, including collections, dunning, dispute management, credit management, reporting, controls, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capability, people leadership experience, and operational excellence to drive performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and process transformation.
