Academic & Teaching Responsibilities
- Teach
core and elective courses
in
Finance, Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, and Management
at the undergraduate (BBA).
- Ensure
effective delivery of theory and practical courses
through innovative teaching methodologies.
- Enhance classroom engagement by using
multimedia tools, digital platforms, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and case studies
.
- Prepare
detailed teaching plans
well in advance, including:
- Lecture schedules and topics
- Assignments, tests, and assessments
- Demonstrations, presentations, and screenings
- Communicate course plans and academic schedules clearly to students at the beginning of the term.
- Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.

Institutional & Event Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and provide full support for organizing:
- Seminars, workshops, guest lectures
- Conferences, FDPs, student activities, and campus events




- Promote a culture of academic excellence, discipline, and professional ethics.

Requirements

Technical & Software Requirements
- Strong
computer proficiency
(theoretical and practical).
- Advanced working knowledge of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
- Experience with
Financial and Accounting Software tools/modules
is preferred.
- Familiarity with
G Suite / Google Workspace applications
(Docs, Sheets, Classroom, Drive, etc.).
