About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Franchise Development Executive
to drive the expansion of
Bachpan Play School
by identifying potential franchise partners, developing new business opportunities, and supporting the franchise onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate
new franchise leads
through various channels.
- Connect with potential investors and explain the
Bachpan Play School franchise opportunity
.
- Handle the complete franchise sales cycle from
lead generation to conversion
.
- Conduct follow-ups, meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchise partners.
- Identify suitable locations and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for
site visits, documentation, agreements, and franchise onboarding
.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly




franchise acquisition targets
.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Conduct market research to identify new territories and expansion opportunities.
- Travel to different cities/locations as required for meetings, site visits, and franchise development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in
Franchise Development, Business Development, Franchise Sales, or similar roles
.
- Experience in the
education, preschool, school, or franchise industry
will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of
lead generation and sales conversion
.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
