We are looking for a
Business Development & Growth Manager
who will take ownership of lead generation, partnerships, sales conversations and market development for SkillsNCR.

This is
not a role limited to posting on social media or running advertisements
.

We need someone who enjoys talking to people, finding opportunities, opening doors and closing business.

You will work directly with the founder to develop SkillsNCR's presence among:
- Parents and students
- Schools
- Colleges and universities
- Coaching institutes
- Education consultants
- Student communities
- Corporate and industry partners
- Relevant local and digital communities

What You Will Own

1. Lead Generation

Build a consistent pipeline of prospective students, parents and institutional partners through:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- WhatsApp
- Email outreach
- Phone calls
- School and college outreach
- Events and workshops
- Referral programs
- Local partnerships
- Online campaigns

You will be expected to
actively generate opportunities rather than wait for inbound enquiries
.

2. Sales & Conversion





You will:
- Speak with prospective students and parents
- Understand their needs
- Explain relevant SkillsNCR programs
- Conduct follow-ups
- Handle objections
- Schedule counselling/demo sessions
- Maintain the sales pipeline
- Convert qualified enquiries into enrolments

The objective is easy:

Lead → Conversation → Counselling/Demo → Follow-up → Enrolment

3. School & College Partnerships

Identify and approach schools, colleges and educational institutions for:
- Student workshops
- Career-readiness sessions
- AI and technology programs
- Communication and confidence-building programs
- Entrepreneurship programs
- Industry-oriented learning initiatives
- Long-term institutional partnerships

Build relationships with principals, coordinators, faculty members, placement teams and management.

4. Marketing & Campaign Execution

Work with the founder to turn SkillsNCR's positioning into campaigns tha
