Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to drive
business growth, profitability, and portfolio management within the IT
Distribution business. The role will be responsible for managing product
strategies, vendor relationships, sales enablement, business analytics, and team
leadership to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, analytical
capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience working with OEMs,
channel partners,



and internal sales teams in the technology distribution
ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

* Develop and execute business strategies for assigned product portfolios.

* Own revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives.

* Drive business planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

* Identify recent growth opportunities, market trends, and portfolio expansion
initiatives.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and technology vendors.

* Lead business reviews, joint planning sessions, and growth initiatives with
vendor partners.

* Negotiate commercial programs, pricing structures, rebates, and promotional
activities.

* Ensure achievement of vendor business objectives and strategic targets.

SALES ENABLEMENT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

* Work closely with sales teams to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
