JOB DESCRIPTION:
The person will be responsible for accounting, tax and related compliance for Taj Hotel, Vikhroli, Godrej Two and other Vikhroli Assets. The person will also support to corporate finance team for preparation of standalone and consolidated financial, MIS, various statutory compliance, driving automation and related activities.



This will include coordination with operation team and various departments to gathered requisite information and provide necessary support and guidance, coordination with internal and statutory auditors and resolve their queries, ensure compliance under various statues, rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance & Account Responsibility:
Ensuring day to day accounting, AR and AP activities related to Hotel and other Vikhroli assets
Coordination with Hotel Operation team for various activities related to accounting
Inventory management, Fixed Assets Accounting, and budgetary control
To perform Trial Balance and Ledger scrutiny and pass various closing /adjustment accounting entries
Prepare periodical MIS Reports, Financial Statement along with accounting policies and note to accounts
Support Corporate team for MIS and Quarterly Financial closure activities
Interact with internal and external auditors in comple
