Job Overview:
The Procurement Associate Manager works with internal stakeholders and suppliers and serves as a partner with their team and Procurement Manager to resolve issues. This position typically reports to a Procurement Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
Works with and supports Global stakeholders on req to PO creation for indirect purchases
Obtains data from external and/or internal sources/analyzes data for completeness and accuracy
Manages escalations for high priority purchased goods and services
Take appropriate and timely action to correct and coach on errors and implement changes in processes to stop future issues from occurring
Ensuring compliance with purchase-to-pay policies and procedures, including participation in compliance audits
Supports a broad range of internal stakeholders across multiple divisions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance or related field
3+ years’ experience in a management or team leadership role
7+ years of experience in shared services, finance, supply chain operations or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or Finance. Or in process of completing an advanced degree
Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
Systems aptitude, including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ERP systems (SAP)
Experience in SAP, GEP or other Source to Pay systems in a procurement or shared services environment
Experience in sourcing Indirect Procurement or supply chain management experience
Finance, audit, compliance experience
