Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Vendor Management to oversee vendor
partnerships, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations. The role
requires a commercially driven professional who can build a solid vendor
ecosystem, negotiate favorable commercial terms, manage stakeholder
relationships, and lead a team to ensure seamless execution of business
requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management
* Build, onboard, and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.




* Develop and maintain a robust vendor network across relevant categories.
* Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality,
cost, and service delivery.
* Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues and escalations.

2. Commercial Negotiations & Procurement
* Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable
contractual terms.
* Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and
service standards.
* Support vendor selection, onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement
activities.

3. Stakeholder Management
* Partner with internal business teams to understand requirements and deliver
effective procurement support.
* Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and regular
updates.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of
deliverables.
