Titan, a leading retail company in the watch industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Manager-Retail to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As the Regional Business Manager-Retail, you will be responsible for managing and growing our retail business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the retail sector
- Manage a team of retail sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations,



to ensure smooth and productive operations
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide feedback for improvement
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 18-20 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the watch industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
