✅ Proven experience in
US Freight Brokerage
✅ Strong carrier and customer relationship management
skills
✅ Excellent
negotiation, communication, and closing abilities
✅ Ability to source, negotiate, and manage loads independently
✅ Strong understanding of the US trucking & freight market
✅ Ability to build and maintain a reliable carrier network
✅ Proven ability to maximize margins and consistently meet targets
