Role Description
The Senior Field Sales Executive will focus on acquiring and managing merchants for Paytm Payment Gateway in the Jaipur region. This full time, on-site role involves identifying prospective businesses, conducting in-person meetings and presentations,



and demonstrating payment gateway products and features. The position includes end-to-end sales lifecycle management, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and onboarding merchants onto Paytm PG. The executive will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, monitor merchant performance, and collaborate with internal teams such as operations, product, and customer support to resolve issues and optimize usage. The role also includes tracking market trends and competitors, providing feedback to enhance offerings, and regularly reporting sales activities, pipeline status, and achievement of targets.

Qualifications
- Proven field sales experience in payments, fintech, banking, or related B2B solutions, preferably in merchant acquisition or payment gateway services.
