Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

This role is responsible for managing the organization’s Records Management function while providing strategic and operational support to Corporate Governance and Legal Operations. The incumbent will ensure robust control over corporate records, strengthen governance practices, and drive efficiency through process optimization, cost discipline, and digital enablement.

What a typical day looks like:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide records management systems to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and business requirements
- Establish and maintain records classification frameworks, retention schedules, and secure storage and retrieval processes
