CONFIGURATIONS ANALYST – I

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating Scripts & writing Cosmos SQL API Queries
- Accommodating Client requirements in the Code built up logic
- Build and test product configurations for all products including surveys, care plans and research projects
- Build rules within the product configuration program, in coordination with the content development team
- Monitor and test the accuracy of product configurations
- Develop product codes and ensure integration with applicable healthcare code sets across all product lines
- Review, create and incorporate policies and procedures to implement coding best practices and make recommendations to management on product needs to achieve strategic objectives
- Resolve client configuration issues
- Ensure proper supporting documentation and maintain files for all configuration tasks
- Identify and seek approval for key actions necessary to remediate all problems/issues and make recommendations to management on steps to ensure product is delivered as schedule and within specifications




- Understands project impact to the existing and required workflow
- Identify configuration risks and create risk mitigation plans when necessary
- Resolving configurations related support tickets received from clients within defined SLA
- Takes day to day responsibility for resolving issues through CRM tool.
- Understands and executes against agreed processes for implementing fixes/changes.
- Provides regular client and internal communication on assigned activity and incidents - highlighting any issues that might impact delivery in the defined timescales to Team Leader/Support Manager.

PREFERRED SKILLS
- BE/BCA/BCS or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience working on clinical IT projects
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and managing complex spreadsheets.
- Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of databases
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and rules engines
