Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Operations (Compliance & Payroll) role based in Gurugram. The HR Operations specialist will manage end-to-end HR processes related to payroll administration, statutory compliance, and maintenance of employee records.



Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, monitoring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and coordinating with finance and management on payroll-related queries. The role also involves supporting employee onboarding and exit formalities, handling documentation, and assisting with HR audits and reporting. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve HR operations issues, improve processes, and support a positive and compliant work environment.
