Overview:
As a Senior Data Anonymization Programmer, you will provide senior-level programming expertise across clinical data anonymization and disclosure activities. This role combines complex programming, quality control, standards implementation, and technical review to support high-quality regulatory and public disclosure deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Program complex non-efficacy outputs and figures
- Perform senior review and deliver QC of non-statistical output
- Develop and debug complex macros
- Contribute to the development of the standard macro library and take responsibility for implementing standard macros within a study
- Create, QC and update complex dataset specifications, including efficacy, for single or multiple studies, ISS/ISEs and other deliverables
- Review complex study designs and Statistical Analysis Plans without supervision
- Review all shells without supervision and provide feedback
- Interpret and implement current SDTM and ADaM standards
- Apply knowledge of FDA CRT requirements, including define.xml and define.pdf
Qualifications:
- Educated to BSc or above within Computer Science, Mathematics or a science-related discipline
- SAS programming experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working on disclosure tables, particularly Basic Results tables
- Positive awareness of clinical trial issues, design and implementation
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements
- Experience programming to SDTM and ADaM standards
