Major Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Management
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, IT, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, testing, change management, and training during implementation phases.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR and SAP SuccessFactors consultants/vendors.

HR Analytics & Reporting
o Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors for workforce planning and strategic decision making.

HR Data Management & Governance
o Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems. o Develop and enforce data quality standards, audits, and validation processes. o Manage employee lifecycle data changes (e.g., onboarding, transfers, exits). o Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration




o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR technology initiatives.

Training & Change Management
o Design and deliver training for HR and functional users. o Drive user adoption and continuous learning for SAP SuccessFactors platform.

Compliance & Documentation
o Ensure HR data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies.

o Maintain documentation of workflows, customizations, and configurations

KPI’S:
- On-Time Project Delivery – 100% milestones delivered as per approved timeline.
- Design & Configuration Quality – UAT defect rate below 2%
- Data Migration Accuracy –100% master data accuracy with 100% mandatory field completeness before go-live.
- Integration Stability – Successful integration with payroll and side car systems; interface error rate 0% post go-live.
- Zero Critical Go-Live Issues – No high-severity production defects during first 30 days of st
