Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant
with solid knowledge of the new S/4HANA Service solution and its service processes. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong
SAP SD-CS / Customer Service background
who have transitioned to the newer S/4HANA Service Management functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support
SAP S/4HANA Service Management
processes.
- Work on
Service Requests, Service Quotations, Service Orders, Service Confirmations and Service Contracts
.
- Configure service processing, pricing, billing and related SD integration.
- Work with technical objects, installed base, warranties and business partners.
- Support end-to-end service processes from request through execution and billing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support testing, defect resolution,



documentation and deployment activities.
- Work closely with SAP SD, MM, FI and PM/Asset Management teams where required.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA Service Management
.
- Strong background in
SAP SD-CS / Customer Service
.
- Experience with the newer
S/4HANA Service
architecture and Fiori applications.
- Good understanding of service contracts, service orders, service requests and billing.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with SD, MM, FI and PM.
- Experience in configuration, testing and production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Note:
Experience specifically on
new-generation S/4HANA Service Management
, rather than only classic SAP CS/SD, is highly preferred. SAP’s current S/4HANA Service functionality includes service order management, service contracts, service quotations, confirmations and service analytics.
