Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Developer with a strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and report development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power BI and possess exAcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a distributed, global team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Create intuitive and visually polished dashboards with a focus on UI/UX design.
- Implement row-level security and manage workplace-based deployments.
- Conduct data validation, troubleshooting, and ad hoc analysis using SQL.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or report development.
- 3 years hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query / M.




- Experience designing and optimizing semantic models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Power BI Paginated Report Builder.
- Experience connecting Power BI to Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Snowflake semantic views or governed data layers.
- Experience with Streamlit or other lightweight data application frameworks.
- Exposure to self-service analytics platforms or natural language query tools.
- Domain experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
- Experience with Power BI REST APIs, deployment pipelines, or CI/CD for BI assets.
- Power BI certifications (PL-300 or equivalent).
