to design, implement, and lead enterprise IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
ITOM, ServiceNow architecture, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and integrations
, along with hands-on experience in customization and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable
ServiceNow ITOM architecture
aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead implementation and customization of
ITOM modules
, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.
- Define and maintain
CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, CI relationships, and data quality standards
.
- Configure and optimize
ServiceNow Discovery
, including MID Servers, credentials, probes, patterns, and schedules.
- Design and implement
Service Mapping
for business-critical applications and services.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools and enterprise applications using




REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using
JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and best practices to development teams.
- Troubleshoot complex ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, integration, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, developers, and solution architects.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance, security, scalability, and upgrade standards.
