We are looking for an energetic and confident Part-Time Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses/programs, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility, fees and career opportunities.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and admissions.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team for successful enrolments.
- Provide a positive and professional experience to prospective students.

Requirements
- 1 year or more of telecalling experience is preferred.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.




- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up with prospects.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales or admission counselling will be an advantage.
