Job Overview

Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager – Real Estate Sales
to drive business growth, generate recent sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and other business development channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and project execution.




- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and complete sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
