- Experience 12 years of experience in quality control quality assurance process excellence and related field
- Certifications
- o Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Certification
- o Desirable Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor PMP
- Technical Knowledge Familiarity with RPA automation platforms ERP systems AI ML technologies process modeling tools
- Domain Knowledge In depth Domain Knowledge in at least one industry domain
