Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Tester
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
automation testing
and manual testing, with a strong understanding of QA processes, test documentation, and defect management. This role involves ensuring that software applications meet defined requirements and quality standards through systematic and effective testing practices.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools such as
ADO, JIRA

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure issues are clearly understood and resolved.
- Conduct
retesting
and
sanity testing
after fixes or new deployments.
- Participate actively in
Agile/Scrum




ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all testing activities are carried out as per defined
SQA standards and processes

- Maintain detailed testing documentation, including
test execution reports

traceability matrices
.
- Support
test automation initiatives,

Automation test Scripts
and maintain automation scripts.
- Drive
test automation frameworks
using tools such as

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / B.tech in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience

and manual testing.
