ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive / Account Executive to join our advertising agency.

The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the agency's creative, digital, design, content, and performance marketing teams.

This is an ideal chance for a fresher or a candidate with up to 1 year of experience who wants to build a career in advertising, marketing, branding, and client management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients through email, calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements, briefs, expectations, and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates.
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, content, and required inputs.

2. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with creative, graphic design, video, content, social media, SEO, and performance marketing teams.
- Convert client requirements into clear internal briefs.




- Ensure tasks are assigned to the right team members.
- Track work progress and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate revisions and ensure client feedback is properly communicated to the internal team.

3. Campaign & Project Management
- Maintain timelines and deliverables for client projects.
- Prepare and maintain task trackers.
- Monitor campaign and content calendars.
- Ensure deliverables are shared with clients on time.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the Account Manager.

4. Understanding Advertising & Digital Marketing

The candidate should develop a basic understanding of:
- Branding and advertising
- Social media marketing
- Content marketing
- Digital campaigns
- SEO and SEM
- Performance marketing
- Creative design
- Video and content production
- Influencer marketing
- Basic marketing analytics

The candidate is not expected to be an expert, but should be willing to learn and understan
