*What You'll Do*
- Assist in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.




- Monitor campaign performance and improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Create engaging Reels and promotional videos.
- Design banners, posters, carousel ads, and social media creatives.
- Work with the marketing team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
- Familiarity with campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
- Experience with at least one video editing tool (Premiere Pro/ DaVinci Resolve/ After Effects).
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop or Figma.

Who Can Apply?
- Recent graduates in Marketing, Media, Design, or related fields.
- Candidates with a portfolio of design or video editing work are preferred.
