About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Graphic Designer & Creative Content Planner
who can understand a client's brand, taste, audience, and business objectives, and translate them into strong creative content.

The ideal candidate should combine
graphic design, creative thinking, content planning, and AI skills
to develop engaging social media creatives, carousels, campaigns, and print-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, brand guidelines, taste, and visual preferences.
- Plan monthly/weekly content calendars for clients based on their business and marketing objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns.
- Design social media creatives, carousels, promotional creatives, advertisements, and print-ready materials.
- Convert content ideas into visually solid and engaging designs.
- Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, references, visual directions, imagery, and design inspiration.




- Explore and experiment with AI-generated visuals to create unique creative assets.
- Develop multiple creative references and directions before finalizing a design.
- Coordinate with the content/marketing team to execute planned campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, colours, and overall visual language.
- Adapt designs across different formats and platforms.
- Take feedback from clients and internal teams and refine designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, AI tools, and creative techniques.

What We're Looking For
- Strong graphic design fundamentals and a good visual sense.
- Ability to understand
what a client likes and dislikes
and translate that into design.
- Strong understanding of social media design and content formats.
- Ability to think beyond templates and create original concepts.
- Good understanding of marketing and how design supports business
