We are looking for an experienced
Full Stack Technical Lead
with strong expertise in
React.js, TypeScript, and Python or Java
to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of mentoring engineers while driving architecture and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.
- Own features end-to-end, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Lead coding standards, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers through technical guidance, architecture discussions, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.




- Monitor application performance and reliability using production metrics and customer feedback.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
- Solid backend development experience with Python or Java and REST API design.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers.
