Role Description
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS Functional Consultant
to support a multi-property hospitality technology program spanning Europe and Latin America. The consultant will be engaged on a contract basis to lead functional configuration, implementation, and integration activities for OPERA Cloud across new and existing hotel properties,



ensuring alignment with group-wide standards, licensing structures, and downstream ERP (Microsoft D365 F&O;) integration requirements.

This is a hands-on functional role requiring deep property management system expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work across multiple regions, currencies, and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional implementation of Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS for recent hotel properties, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

• Configure OPERA Cloud modules including reservations, front office, rate management, inventory, cashiering, and reporting in line with property and brand standards.

• Support extension of existing OPERA Cloud implementations (e.g., replicating legal entity configurations, licensing, and OHIP integration setups) to new
