We are looking for a creative and multi-skilled Video Editor who can handle video editing, audio editing, and social media content creation for our dance, entertainment, and live event projects.

Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, dance videos, event highlights, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Handle complete video editing including cuts, transitions, effects, subtitles, music synchronization, and basic color correction.
- Edit and enhance audio, including music cutting, mixing, mashups, medleys, noise reduction, and audio-video synchronization.
- Create customized music tracks for dance performances and events.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends.
- Capture photos/videos during dance classes, events, performances, and promotional activities when required.
- Create content for event promotions, dance classes, announcements,



and social media campaigns.
- Assist with captions, hooks, and content concepts.
- Organize and manage video, audio, and digital media files.
- Work with the marketing and event teams to deliver content within deadlines.

Requirements
- Strong experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro, or similar audio editing software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and current social media trends.
- Good understanding of music synchronization, transitions, subtitles, and visual storytelling.
- Basic photography/videography skills.
- Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to independently take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging content.
- Experience with dance, entertainment, comedy, or event content is a robust plus.
