The company is looking for an experienced
Finance Controller

who can take ownership of the finance control function across multiple business units and bring greater structure, accountability, and financial discipline to the organization.

Position Summary

The Finance Controller will be responsible for
streamlining accounting operations, strengthening financial controls, leading the finance team, establishing budgeting and forecasting systems, and providing management with accurate financial visibility





across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate should have
10+ years of overall finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Controller or equivalent controllership role

.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who can assess the existing finance function, identify gaps, implement stronger systems and controls, and build a disciplined, performance-oriented finance organization.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Accounting
- Take overall responsibility for financial control across multiple business units.
- Review and streamline existing accounting processes and systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely books of accounts and financial reporting.
- Establish standardized accounting procedures, controls, and SOPs.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure.
- Identify and eliminate accounting discrepancies, leakages, and control gaps.
