- Site Inspections: Walk through facilities and properties regularly to spot structural damage, leaks, cracks, or wear and tear.
- Work Scheduling: Plan daily and weekly tasks. Assign jobs to technicians and construction crews based on urgency.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and guide maintenance workers and trade specialists. Check their work quality and run safety meetings.
- Contractor Management: Hire external vendors and contractors for major repairs or specialized construction jobs.
- Preventive Maintenance: Design and run routine upkeep programs to stop small infrastructure issues from turning into major failures.
- Budget and Inventory: Track spending for repair materials. Order tools and raw supplies while keeping costs within target limits.
- Safety Compliance: Make sure all daily work matches local health, building, and OSHA/safety laws.
- Record Keeping: Log completed repairs, material usage, and asset condition reports

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
