Role Description
The Property Sales Manager (BDM) role is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving property sales across Truevisory Realty’s portfolio in the NCR region. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating terms,



and closing deals while maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Property Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams to align sales strategies with market trends, ensures a high standard of client service, and actively participates in local networking and promotional activities to expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics in NCR, especially Noida, and familiarity with residential and commercial properties.
- Ability to conduct property presentations and site visits, and manage end-to-end sales documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) and comfort with digital communication channels.
