Whim Brim is a premium D2C cap brand built around expressive character streetwear. With 15,000+ customers across India, we're growing rapidly and looking for an Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable communicating with customers, and enjoys solving day-to-day e-commerce and operations problems.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day order processing and order management
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Phone
- Manage returns, replacements, and refunds
- Coordinate with logistics partners and monitor shipment tracking
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) and RTO (Return to Origin) cases
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency




- Work closely with the team and founders to build better systems and processes as the company grows

What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, e-commerce operations, or a similar role
- 12th pass or graduate
- Good command of English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Fast learner with a practical problem-solving mindset
- Able to take ownership and work independently
- Comfortable handling multiple customer and operational issues simultaneously
