We’re looking for a Business Head – API, Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals who doesn’t just manage sales — you build the business. Own business growth across South India, North India & Ahmedabad, driving strategy, revenue, customer acquisition,



team performance and execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role — from identifying markets and products to driving targets, solving escalations and creating new opportunities.

If there’s a problem, you own it. If there’s an opportunity, you chase it.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. Business Growth & Revenue
- Own revenue growth across
APIs, Pharma Intermediates & Speciality Chemicals

- Develop and execute strategies to
achieve and exceed targets

- Identify new customers, markets, products and revenue opportunities.
- Grow existing accounts and increase market penetration.

2. Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and drive the
sales team across India

- Set targets, KRAs and territories and ensure strong execution.
- Track pipeline, customer visits, enquiries, conversions and collections.

high-performance sales culture
