NAbout the Role:
NWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Business Development to lead the growth of our corporate training and consulting business across the Indian market. The successful candidate will engage with CEOs, CHROs, Learning & Development leaders, Chief Procurement Officers and senior business executives, positioning the organisation as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.




NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute thebusiness growth strategy for India.

- Identify, pursue and secure recent corporate clients and strategic partnerships.
N
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across corporate training and consulting services.
N
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure.

- Achieve agreed annual revenue and growth targets.
N
- Represent the organisation at conferences, industry events and networking forums.
N
- Develop strategic alliances and referral partnerships.
